Chad Greenway
Chad played 11 years for the Minnesota Vikings after finishing an All-American career at the University of lowa. Growing up on a family farm in South Dakota, Chad learned the valuable lesson that hard work, perseverance and dedication to a craft can bring success.
Rising from a small town of 350 people to becoming an 11-year professional football player, team captain, and 4-time Walter Payton Man of the Year award nominee taught valuable lessons in prioritizing team success. Chad will share his tools and the mindset it takes to get to the highest level of achievement in a sport and the against-all-odds story of determination.
Along with his playing career, Chad ran and continues to run a successful nonprofit called Lead the Way Foundation as well as his business Gray Duck Spirits.

Ernie Goss, Ph.D
Ernie Goss, Ph.D. is the Jack MacAllister Chair in Economics at Creighton University. He is also principal of the Goss Institute in Denver, Colo. Dr. Goss, a U.S. military veteran, is a former faculty research fellow at NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center. He was a visiting scholar with the Congressional Budget Office. He has published more than 100 research studies focusing primarily on economic forecasting and on the statistical analysis of business and economic data. His book Changing Attitudes Toward Economic Reform During the Yeltsin Era was published by Praeger Press, and his book Governing Fortune: Casino Gambling in America was published by the University of Michigan Press. He is editor of Economic Trends, an economics newsletter published monthly with more than 10,000 subscribers, produces a monthly business conditions index for the nine-state Mid-American region, and conducts a survey of bank CEOs in 10 U.S. states.
Survey and index results are cited each month in approximately 100 newspapers; citations have included the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Investors Business Daily, The Christian Science Monitor, Chicago Sun Times, and other national and regional newspapers and magazines. Each month 75-100 radio stations carry his Regional Economic Report.

Tim Rios
Tim Rios, Chief Learning Officer at The Lipsey Company, began his career with a boutique brokerage firm in Utah focusing on land sales in 1995. In 1998, Tim joined a national brokerage firm as their Research Service Manager overseeing their Phoenix, Tucson and Las Vegas Offices. Throughout his career, he has held various positions in investment sales and executive management spanning a region from Chicago to the Inland Northwest. His personal brokerage experience spans Office, Retail, Industrial, Multifamily, and Land with asset values ranging from $350,000 to over $65,000,000. The breadth of experience in his career has allowed him to develop a deep repertoire of skills to address the needs of private and institutional investors.​
During his management career he built teams in all major product types plus specialties in Seniors Housing, Hospitality, Manufactured Housing, and Self-Storage. Tim and his teams have closed over $1.5 billion in total consideration across 13 states. He was responsible for recruiting, training, and retention of agents in the Phoenix, Tucson, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Boise, and Spokane markets. Additionally, he was the broker-in-charge of all 125 Illinois agents for Marcus & Millichap and was responsible for establishing new offices throughout the Midwest.​
Since joining The Lipsey Company, Tim’s training and consulting has expanded to multiple countries on five continents. He has also leveraged his experience together with the vast Lipsey training library to re-introduce One-On-One Coaching to The Lipsey Company. His coaching programs are founded on the idea that individuals, markets, and companies are unique. Standard programs are easier for a coach, but often not the best fit for the individual. Therefore, he takes the time to understand the needs, resources, and goals of the individual before designing their custom program. His personal roster of coaching clients includes new-to-business brokers through multi-million dollar producing veterans.​
Tim has made innovative contributions to the world-renowned Lipsey Training Course library. Among his more notable contributions have been in the areas of Time Management, Private Client Brokerage, New Agent Training, and Brokerage Management.
